Social media also mainlines everyone else’s best life and political outrage right into your brain. You can’t help but think your life sucks and be outraged at the world all the time.
Try taking social media apps off your phone and tablet and try limiting social media browsing on your computer. I promise that after a while your mood and mental health will improve.
